Yocheved views therapy as a collaborative effort and views her clients as the expert of their own lives. She is committed to creating an open and transparent relationship while providing support with empathy and compassion.

Yocheve’s office is a safe space where her clients can explore their struggles and concerns openly and honestly.

Yocheved works to help her clients build on their inner strengths and helps them reconnect to their sense of wholeness and worthiness. Yocheved is a Mental Health Counselor who graduated with a masters degree from Long Island University. She has been trained in therapeutic modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. Yocheved draws from her background in psychodrama and utilizes experiential methods together with inner child work to facilitate healing, gain insight and promote change and personal growth.

Yocheved works primarily with young adults and adults facing issues such as anxiety, related anxieties, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting, codependency and relationship struggles, low self-esteem and stress.
