My passion is for helping individuals who were raised by parents who were unable to take care of them emotionally, to reconnect with themselves with care and authenticity, to establish and restore healthy relationships, and to get to that place of feeling like they're living the best way they can.

I understand narcissism and it's devastating effects. I know how it wreaks havoc on your self-esteem and sense of self, and all the ways that might be playing out.

I employ a variety of approaches. I’m holistic, looking at all aspects of your life: mind, body and spirit. I’m eclectic, drawing from years of my own clinical training, graduate work, and experience. I’m a learner, continuing to research and attend trainings, and “geek-out” on resources to enhance my therapy skills.

Another thing you need to know about me?

I truly believe you're already whole! It will take work, and some time, for you to access those parts of yourself that you may be cut off from, but it ABSOLUTELY is possible, and I’m here to help you make that happen.

My clients appreciate that I make them feel safe in therapy, yet don’t shy away from giving direct feedback and ideas, or challenging a thought or belief that might be getting in the way of their progress. I like to hear about your relationships, past and present, believing that they hold many keys to your breakthroughs. I’ll provide tools and strategies as needed, and perhaps a book recommendation… or two.
