We are currently gathering clients interested in the following groups:

SAND TRAY THERAPY FOR WOMEN:

Sand tray is a unique therapeutic journey where the sand tray becomes a canvas for our emotions and stories, reaching far beyond the limits of the conscious mind.

DBT (DIALECTICAL BEHAVIORAL THERAPY):

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is for everyone struggling with strong and overwhelming emotions and anyone wanting to create or maintain happy, balanced relationships. DBT emphasizes regulating emotions, mindfulness, accepting and managing challenges and disappointments, effectively communicating needs, and gaining the skills to change destructive behaviors

FOREST THERAPY (MEN AND WOMEN):

Nature-based therapy focuses on the therapeutic benefits of experiencing ourselves in nature. We use the mindful practice of being in nature for our well-being, inviting connection to all aspects of life. Forest and nature therapy awakens us to our wholeness and sense of belonging in a vast universe.

CREATIVE JOURNALING:

Nurture your creativity and well-being through the transformative power of written expression. Join the journey of self-discovery in a safe and supportive environment. (Meets via Zoom).

BREATHWORK:

Breathwork can be a powerful ancillary modality to help with self regulation, feelings of wellness, energy, and relaxation. One of our practitioners has expertise in breathwork and would like to start a group when there are an adequate number of interested clients.
