Tova Rokowsky, LMSW
Seeking therapy is a courageous first step toward healing and growth. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting change.
I work with adult women and couples, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and intimacy issues. I have a passion for helping couples move out of painful patterns, reconnect emotionally, and build stronger, more secure relationships.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Fordham University and am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York. I graduated with academic honors, earning membership in both Phi Kappa Phi and Alpha Sigma Nu. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman, PACT, IFS, DBT, and intimacy issues.
As a wife, mother, and grandmother, I appreciate the many joys and challenges that family life can bring, while recognizing that every person’s journey is unique. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward greater healing, connection, and emotional well-being.
