Menachem Neuhauser, MHC
Menachem Neuhauser is a Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship challenges. He has particular experience supporting adults from community-based and faith-centered backgrounds, helping clients explore their inner experiences while staying grounded in their values, identity, and cultural context.
Menachem’s approach is warm, relational, and deeply respectful of each client’s story. He believes that meaningful healing begins in a space where people feel safe, understood, and free to explore both their struggles and their strengths. His work often focuses on helping clients slow down, connect to their emotional world, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress, conflict, and internal pressure.
He integrates evidence-informed and experiential approaches including Somatic awareness, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic exploration. These approaches help clients build emotional awareness, strengthen regulation, and deepen their understanding of patterns that shape their relationships and inner life.
Beyond his clinical work, Menachem is a husband, father, and active member of his community. Living and raising his family within the community he serves gives him a deep appreciation for the cultural values, sensitivities, and responsibilities that shape people’s lives. He is committed to offering care that honors community norms, respects leadership and boundaries, and supports individuals in a thoughtful and culturally attuned way.
Menachem graduated from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University in 2024, completing his graduate studies while maintaining his professional responsibilities and family life. This path reflects his long-standing dedication to supporting others in their struggles, growth, and healing.
